This short series of 4 e-lessons is simply a step by step introduction to the online tools. If you choose to purchase online tools alone, you may find these lessons helpful in getting started quickly and easily.
These lessons will cover:
• Setting up your profile and nutrition plan.
• Making the most of the food log feature.
• Introduction to meal planning features.
• Adding custom foods and recipes. |
Weight Management E-Lessons
These lessons are more than just an email newsletter telling what you "should be" eating. Each lesson will cover an important aspect of lasting weight loss success, a self learning activity, and tips for making the most of your online tools and blog topics.
The lessons provide a framework for you and your coach to work through the process of making lasting changes, but will be individualized to fit your needs through individual coach follow up.
Lesson sequence for this plan are outlined below:
Month 1 and 2: You will receive a total of 8 e-lessons; one sent each week.
Month 3 and 4: You will receive a total of 4 e-lessons; one sent every two weeks.
Month 5 and 6: You will receive a total of 2 more e-lessons; one sent each month. |
Stable Blood Sugar E-Lessons
Each lesson in this series will cover an important guidelines and recommendations for eating healthy when you have pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes. Each lesson will also include a self learning activity and tips for making the most of your online tools and blog topics.
The lessons also provide a framework for you and your coach to work through the process of making lasting changes, but will be individualized to fit your needs through individual coach follow up.
